How a project runs

What happens, and when.

Every job runs on the same sequence. You know the next step before it happens, and you know the date.

  1. 01Same business day

    Call or send the form

    We call back the same business day, ask a few questions, and set a site visit.

  2. 02Within the week

    Site visit

    We walk the scope with you, measure, and photograph. If plans are needed, we say so up front.

  3. 03In writing

    Estimate

    Line items, a total, and a schedule counted from the permit date. Nothing buried in the fine print.

  4. 04In the contract

    Contract, permit, build

    Scope and date are in the contract. Changes go on a change order, priced before the work. Every week you get a short report: on schedule, or what moved and why.

  5. 05Closeout

    Final inspection and keys

    We close the permit, hand over the documents, and walk the finished work with you.
